Refund policy
Right of Revocation & Return of Merchandise
You are entitled to return all products purchased from the ROMAÉ online store within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise for a full reimbursement, provided that the items are:
- Complete
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging
Please note that return shipments can only be accepted from the same country to which the order was originally delivered. ROMAÉ reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Cancellation of Purchase
Regardless of the country of delivery, you have the following options to cancel your purchase:
1. Cancellation via Customer Service
You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Care team. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process and provide any required instructions.
2. Cancellation via Return of Merchandise
You may cancel your purchase by returning the merchandise within thirty (30) days after delivery, in accordance with the conditions stated above.
Return Shipping

- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect from ROMAÉ.
- ROMAÉ is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging when returning items.
Reimbursement of Purchase Price
Please note that there may be a period of ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days between receipt of the returned merchandise and reimbursement of the purchase price.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email confirming:
- Receipt of the returned merchandise
- The amount to be refunded to your account or card
Refund Terms
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- If there is any discrepancy between the recipient of the merchandise and the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser and payment method used.
- All refunds will be made in the same currency as the original transaction.
- ROMAÉ is not responsible for any losses due to currency fluctuations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Products without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
